What this structure costs on your numbers
Take a plan of €50 a month: €600 in the first 12 months, at a 70% gross margin. Keeping half of the gross profit leaves a reward budget of €210 for each referred customer. These are example figures, not Pleo's.
With Pleo's structure, the rewards for one referred customer cost €400. For 100 referred customers, if 50% would not have bought anyway, the program costs €19,000 more than it earns. It breaks even when 95.2% of referred customers are new because of it.

Only the referrer earns: a fixed amount of cash or credit for each friend who becomes a qualifying customer.
- Create a free RefRef account and add your Project.
