Counted once per Project each calendar month, even with repeat activity. Your plan’s allowance is shared across your Live Projects.

02What happens when I go over my plan?
We email you at 80% and at 100% of your limit. The first month over the limit is a grace month, and everything keeps working.
If the next month also goes over, RefRef creates no new referrals or enrollments for the rest of that month, until you upgrade. Existing referrals, rewards, links, and the Widget keep working, and no data is dropped. A month that ends under your limit clears this.

04How do cash payouts work?
On Starter and Pro, RefRef pays your partners in cash. You fund each payout, and RefRef charges 2% of the amount paid out. Each plan includes a monthly payout volume: $1,000 on Starter, and $5,000, $15,000, or $50,000 on Pro S, M, or L. Payouts above it wait for the next month, or you move to a larger size.
On every plan, including Free, you can reward people with credits, discounts, and plan upgrades through your billing provider, at no extra cost.
